Alexander moves from Britian to happy go lucky U.S.A. after his brother dies. Winds up in a city called Boston and thrown into a highschool where nobody seems to notice him, not the faculty, not the students, not even the lockers. Until he meets 'That Girl' as Alex calls her, she notices him she brings him from the twilight zone to reality where he finds a few friends and a love for music. But will the music and promise of fame make him leave behind 'That Girl' so she becomes 'Just Another Girl'?

An Unexpected Moment
... that changes everything Sarah was starting her junior year of high school. Looking at herself in the mirror, she saw a pretty average blonde haired, blue eyed, teenager. She was neither in the popular group, nor one of the many cliched outsiders. Sarah was a nobody. She liked to blend in and lay low. It was her way out of not only this town, but her house. No one knew it, but her father was a high functioning alcoholic that often took his anger out on his family. With her older sister now in college, it had turned to her more often. Laying low in general was a good strategy. Across town, Ryan was prepping for his final year in high school. While he wasn't the stereotypical quarterback of the football team, he did fit into the popular crowd. His sports of choice included basketball and soccer, either of which might line him up for a scholarship next year. Ryan had a group of close friends and a lot of adoring acquaintances. It wasn't easy juggling his athletics and keeping the grades up, but he was just that good. The supporting parents didn't hurt either. It might be a cliché romance, but it will be fun to see what the year and beyond holds. ------------------------------------------ This is a story I wrote years ago, or at least partially wrote. As I transcribe it here, I have tried to update it a bit and give the characters/story more depth than what I had when I was younger. Hopefully it all gets pulled together!Concluída

Leaving Alex wondering if the guy she knows is the real him which only scares her more. Have you ever liked some guy that is popular, attractive and yet annoying, rude, mean at the same time? I'm sure nearly every girl has. Mikasa your typical girl who likes this really hot guy in her class but doesn't have the confidence to confess to him. Typical, isn't it? But don't think that they'll end up falling in love, that's too cliche. Instead it's going to be a whole twist and turn of events for this girl when she meets a boy called Alex whom she 'befriends.' Alex is the whole opposite of who Mikasa likes. Although, she becomes quite close to him, telling him her crush and him encouraging her and helping her out. Will spending time together bring them closer than just friends? A story that is nothing more closer to reality. Not even her family even though ocassionaly she has to. One day around the middle of the school year, she coicidentially (yeah right. I wrote it :D) is asked by a new beautiful girl the simple favor of helping her find the exit of the school building.
