Yokohama Division; the city that never own a pure peaceful, everyday will have conflict or issues in this bayside city. In the middle of spring, a murder case took place and it's become a really busy days for law enforcement in Yokohama Division. 

This story is just slice of the abnormal daily life that happened in the Y-city, that revolves around, prior the before Mad Trigger Crew officially founded until before the division battle took place.
