Kelsey Robinson was fed up with her mom always making decisions based on “what’s best for the family”. Last time she checked, moving to Europe during your senior year was not what was best at all. In fact, Kelsey wasn’t even sure that England was even the place for ANY family; what with it raining and being dull all the time, AND their accents made Kelsey want to cry. Why couldn’t she live in LA in peace? However, will Kelsey’s new british neighbors help her see London and the people from across the pond differently?
