Cecilia 'Lia' Dawn Snow one of the best FBI Agent in the Philippines that she can par the first youngest female of Paediatrician Doctor, Novilene Cruz because of their intelligence. The one who solved the cold cases when she wasn't a cop back then wanting to help her caretaker's husband to bring this victim to justice. Lia is fierce yet quiet caring and understanding type of person when it comes her day off or spending time with her love ones. However, she's completely different when it comes to work that few men or women feared her.

Her whole world turn upside down when one of her friend, Caitlin 'Kate' Todd to help them solve the case. What will happen to Lia if she met one of the NCIS ladies man, Anthony 'Tony' DiNozzo despite both of them are completely opposite to each other?
