In this world, there's such beings that aren't.. human. They're called demi-humans, an umbrella term for everything that isn't normal, isn't mundane. Angels, vampires, you name it, they exist. The book follows a few different people, some demis on the side of their kin, some demis that are with "The Exterminators", a band of demis rebelling against their kind to fit into this carbon copy world, and mundanes, or humans, watching all this go down, or helping in the destruction and extermination of demi kind.
Angels and demons exist. Lucifer is still a good guy. And the lines between good and evil are not meant to cross.
She's different. The color of her wings are unnatural and strange. Because of that, she's shunned. But she still tries to be the best angel she can be. With her own hint of rebellion of course. He's set to become an archangel, and won't allow even the smallest bend in the rules. When sent sent to earth, the two are about to learn a lot of things. Everyone does. She learns the truth of her existence. He learns that being a good leader doesn't mean being his brother. The angels learn that different isn't so bad. The demons learn that Heaven has been keeping secrets. And along the way, falling in love is inevitable.
Heaven and Hell are about to collide on Earth.
