"Don't move," he said to (Y/n) when she unwrapped arms from his neck. 

"Don't touch her," he mumbled. (Y/n) and everyone else jumped when the gun went off.

Her cheeks were a soft red, her eyes were widened, her heart was racing, and strands of her hair covered her face, in which Jeremiah brushed to the side with his fingers that weren't pressing against the ground.

"Where is (Y/n), Wayne? Hm? You are here because of the offer I asked for," Jeremiah snapped back.

While being trapped in that dump she had lots of time to ponder, deciding she wanted to join the GCPD. Which after lots of trying and persistence they let her in, being taken under the wing of Jim Gordon. One day she was driving with Jim when they had to make a pit stop, at a very very fancy manor. Wayne Manor. Bruce can't imagine what Jeremiah and police business have to do with one another, and he's also harboring some hard feelings after his relationship with Jeremiah went from love-at-first-sight to near strangers in less than four days. Visiting the bunker is the last thing Bruce wants to do. So of course, he's going. Goes AU at Episode 18 where Bruce and Jeremiah shake hands. I wrote the majority of this before episodes 20-22 aired, so many of the scenes from Gotham you may be familiar with are missing.
