Oceans tears

I loved the ocean. I loved water. I loved everything about it. The coldness or the warmness. You never knew where you stood. The sound of waves crashing against the shore calmed me so much that I've fallen asleep out by the sea so many times that I now have a camp spot.

When I was sixteen, I got in a bad fight with my boyfriend. He was abusive and I just was too blind to accept it. He finally pushed me too far and I ran. I ran to the ocean. My friends tried to find me but couldn't.

One knew where I would be but left me alone. I stood at the edge of the cliff where I liked it best. I screamed and I yelled. I fell to my knees where a large gust of wind knocked me down completely. I remember falling closer to the water that I loved.

I woke up some hours later.
