Makinota was raised just outside the borders of the Northern Water Tribe for the first seven years of her life. When one day, her parents were killed and she was kidnapped by the Fire Nation. I know, its cliche. But being a mixed-blood bender in the current times, and after almost 100 years of war, all Fire Benders are considered monsters. Even the innocent ones.
Makinota is just trying to find her old life. Find her purpose. And most importantly, find who she can really trust. But in the end... aren't we all?
(Long chapters and irregular updates. Though, I do update and I will keep going. This book in entirely a fountain of unneeded inspiration I can't put anywhere else, and something I do when I get writers block on everything else. Still, thanks so much for reading!)
