Susan was born out of a wedlock affair between Ayeke and Beatrice, Ayeke's office secretary.
Ayeke has just went to Lagos to take Susan from Beatrice who was married to a government worker in another city to move in to his family home in Kogi. His intention was to intimidate his son, Patrick who has mischievous attitudes and has left the university campus to live off-campus after his second year living extravagantly on his school fees.
She tells the story of her stepbrother, Patrick. Gaining admission into the university marked the beginning of a turning point for him. He was quite unready for the task ahead of him.
Feast began to turn to gloom for the family when Ayeke slipped-off from the bathroom tile and ended up paralyzed. Patrick was caught in some vicious situations whether he would still be opportuned to continue his education or nurse his father back to health. This story is about trust, love, deceits and real life challenges that affect teenagers and the family as a whole. Young adult fiction.
