Gwen has lived her whole life jumping from foster home to foster home, from school to school, and from friend to friend around Chicago. The only constant in her life is her best friend Eddy and her younger sister Emelia. Or at least they were.
When her jerk of a boyfriend cheats on her before the school dance, Gwen lets her emotions get the better of her.
She wakes up the next day in a strange world--with strangely stunning people--called Zallair. As she is in this new world she makes new friends and cant help but find her self drawn to the dashing prince Nate. But a dangerous, hidden evil lurks around the corner ready to pounce at any moments. And Zallair turns out to be a place with a very tragic history.

What happens when Gwen's relatively normal life turns out to be a huge lie? How will she return to her home and will she want to? If only they knew she was the key to everything...

18+:ᴠɪᴏʟᴇɴᴄᴇ:ꜱᴇxᴜᴀʟ ꜱᴄᴇɴᴇꜱ:ꜱᴛʀᴏɴɢ ʟᴀɴɢᴜᴀɢᴇ Zara had always been an outcast among her kind. She was a monster, even among vampires. She was used for her power, abused for standing up for what was right, and beaten for being different. But there was one man who made me feel like she deserved more. He was the only thing that got her through the hell of her childhood. However, one day she escaped hell and left that all behind. Including the boy that she loved fiercely. 30 years later, she's been on the run, moving from town to town. She was being hunted by the man who once held her captive in her own personal hell, but he didn't know the woman she'd become. She killed every vampire he sent to fetch her home, then hopped to another town. She realises that she's been found yet again, but when this vampire shows, it's the boy who she loved with all her heart. But now, he isn't a boy at all. He's a tall, tattooed, fierce man who was still holding a grudge against her for leaving. He's come to take her home, but he's asking for her help to free the rest of her clan, to rid them of their evil captor. Zara realises that she must return home to save the people she once considered family. As Zara and Cody traverse across countries, they encounter more and more danger. Will they make it back to Bran Castle? Will the relationship ever go back to how it was? Will they finally admit their feelings for one another? Who knows. But Zara knows that the only way you can kill a monster is with another monster. ꜱʜᴇ ꜱᴍɪʟᴇꜱ, "ᴛᴏɢᴇᴛʜᴇʀ ᴜɴᴛɪʟ ᴛʜᴇ ᴇɴᴅ?" "ᴜɴᴛɪʟ ʜᴇʟʟ, ᴡᴇ ᴅᴇꜱᴄᴇɴᴅ," ɪ ᴘʀᴏᴍɪꜱᴇ.

"Everyone loves a good fantasy, but my life was turned upside down by one." What would you do if you had the ability to control the air? How about if you were suddenly brought to a world where, despite your powers, you're at the bottom of the food chain? On a fateful night, Max Walker finds himself summoned to Asterisk and contracted to Liliana Lockwood as her familiar. Forced to leave behind his life on Earth, Max begins a precarious journey into the unknown world of magic. Training as a knight, learning to control mana, battling rogue necromancers and even being mistaken for Duke Walker's son... it's just one thing after the next. But as if that wasn't bad enough, Asterisk, a world which subverts reality as you know it, may just have something to do with Max's own heaven-defying origin... and a secret that could leave the universe hanging by a thread.
