Taeyong is know as the "Demon King," because he rules over all demons. He doesn't listen to anyone and does what he wants, killing who every he wants whenever it pleases him. He's ruthless and heartless.

Other demons are frightened of him and humans are terrified of him, and for obvious reasons. No human has ever laid eyes on him and lived to tell the tale. But everyone's heard stories about him.

Y/n is a human and has an arranged marriage with the Demon King.
