All an Internet PROXY is, is just a PROXY who sits behind a computer screen and keeps tabs on all the Creepypasta, PROXY, and Fan followers.

If anything alarming comes up, you are to let me know. A fan, a follower, an apparent PROXY or Creepypasta, could actually be a disguised officer behind the screen. All you must do, is watch and listen, learn and observe.
