Kalara Mayfield has been in twenty-six foster homes so far. The one she just arrived at is the same abusive and neglectful one she's always in. However, this one is very odd and has unique neighbors.
Kalara has to go to a school that shouldn't even count as a school at all. It's chaotic and has no rules or teachers. Everyone just roams around doing whatever they please. What they like to do is not very pleasant or safe. It's deadly.
