Past would bring you into the past of Earth, future would bring you to the future of Earth, present would bring you back to your time on Earth, Dystopian would bring you to a world in which everything is environmentally degraded with one habitual area, and fantasy would take you to another world filled with magic, monsters, and kingdoms.
Depending on the race you chose, with only human for all but fantasy, more or less pain would come. It depends on how much your body would be transformed. With human being the least painful, ????? The most.
