"What's so bad about saying 'yes' for twenty-four hours?" Maxwell exclaimed, trying to reason with the distressed girl in front of him.
"Oh, I don't know, maybe it's the fact that I don't have a say in this!" She replied, running her hand through her hair.
Feeling a hand placed on her shoulder, she looked up to see the boy on her left with a amused look on his face. "Don't worry Ashley, we won't let anything," he stopped, "well, too bad happen to you." The raven haired boy said, smiling reassuringly with the girl on her right.
Pausing for a moment to process what to do, she looked down at her shoes that laid on the concrete floor. 'This is fine, it's okay, you have support anyway,' she thought, looking back up to her three friends, trying to comfort her and convince to do it for the hell of it. Sighing, she's made her decision.
Reaching for the bottle of Absolut Vodka at the table beside her, she opened it. "Fuck it, why not." she drank it, receiving a loud cheer from her friends. Smiling at this, she passed the bottle among her friends. Eventually making its way back to it's owner, she drank the remanding left.
Abruptly, the cheers quieted down. Confused at this sudden dismiss of action, she looked down at the now empty bottle in her hand and back up. "Guys, it's just a bottle, we can get another one." She replied while looking at her seemingly shocked group. Earning no reply, she tried again. " Guys? Really it's fine it's just a-"
"Hey." Behind her lied the goddess that was once hers. 'Shit,' she thought.
