After Joshua Stevens leaves Colorado he is sent into a spiral of dangerous missions that can risk his life at any given moment. For three long years, every day he spent away was a nightmare. Until for a random whim of fate, he meets Neema, the stubborn little woman who is obsessed with history and unrevealing mysteries around the world.
He knew it was going to be a disaster the moment he saw her with that black short dress with a very pronounced V-neck, in a Russian bar full of the most dangerous mafia people in the country. Nonetheless, as an adrenaline junkie he was, he went for it.
The adrenaline soon was replaced by the weight of his job. He was soon requested to go back again and now her safety was first even if he had to learn to live without her. Even if he had to leave her at the altar, waiting for him, on that sunny winter day they were going to get married.
Sometimes love isn't enough when the salvation of the world is in your hands.
After two years he is back in Colorado and soon he is called to a new mission, a new way to save the day, but when he is face to face with the subject under protection his entire world changes.
A new opportunity for a new beginning.
That is, of course, if he can save the world in the next seventy two hours.
