What is a ghost?

In folklore, a ghost is the soul or spirit of a dead person or animal that can appear to the living.

They say that ghosts are the dead that come back to the world of the living because they have unfinished business.

Emmett Daze committed at the Crosswich Cliffside in Stonybrook, California on August 16,2016.

Well, allegedly. His body was never found.

After a few days, they stopped looking (not that they were putting much effort into his recovery anyway). His case was closed and everyone moved on with their lives.

Everyone except his best friend, Emma Blaze.

See, she knew something didn't add up. Emmett wouldn't do what they accused him of. He was a kind, gentle soul, that could barely hurt anyone, let alone himself.

But they didn't listen to her. They just wrote him off as another troubled youth. They held his funeral, buried an empty casket, his case closed.

Forgotten.

What could she do? How could she avenge her friend?

She get's her chance 5 years later, when a trail of clues and bodies lead her back to Stonybrook.

Secrets are unraveled, old wounds are re-opened, and a raging murderer is on the loose.

What could be more fun?

Humans are fundamentally different. We look, act, feel, believe, and even talk differently. Our one connecting factor is that we are mortal. But if energy is not created nor destroyed... Where do we go when we die? Janet Allard, a rookie Paranormal Investigator who has a past with ghosts has dedicated her life to asking that question. To proving the reality that we do not go away when we die... And to find the ghost that traumatized her as a child. Fate is absolute. The stars will align. They will meet again. Memento Mori. THIS STORY WILL BE MARKED AS "COMPLETE" DESPITE NOT BEING FINISHED, This is done because this specific season of Dead Hunting is in-fact complete. Also, please be mean to Victor. He deserves it.
