This book is really a demonstration of what goes through my mind. right now I'm struggling with anxiety and frequent panic attacks. As I document my mind I am hoping to come to closure and understand my mind better, coming to know how to calm myself down when attacks occur. When the book is finished, I hope it will help other people like me who are fighting the same mental battles feel better, or at least that they are not alone.
