This book is really a demonstration of what goes through my mind. right now I'm struggling with anxiety and frequent panic attacks. As I document my mind I am hoping to come to closure and understand my mind better, coming to know how to calm myself down when attacks occur. When the book is finished, I hope it will help other people like me who are fighting the same mental battles feel better, or at least that they are not alone. This book will probably contain triggers for some people, I will not leave out details so please read with this in mind x
