Stride: Awakening

This is the story about a young boy called Rift Stride. He was a son of two living commoner. Although commoner has only a job for labor and farmer, they live happily with just filling their stomach full.

However this life can't be the right place for the one who seek for adventure. Stride himself always train with swords and nurture his skill to become an adventurer. At the young age of five he was known to his village as their savior because he always defeat some monster attacking his village.

But all the good day has it end. One day while he's hunting for animal a demon appeared in the village and called himself Ruther the sin of Envy. All the villagers were massacre by only one demon. All that remains were ruin when Stride came back from hunting. He's in despair when he saw villager were all dead and the only thing standing is a demon.

He fought the demon all by himself but he's not strong enough to defeat it. When his helpless body remained on the ground the demon mocked and laugh at him but in some reasons the demon left him alive while saying 'revenge your kind, when we meet again kill me if you're stronger. Just reminder don't die easily or I will take your soul to the deepest part of the hell.'

That's was the only sound that he hear before losing consciousness. Time has passed since the Massacre of Ferd Village, the 5 years old kid became strong and desires for revenge.
