She was supposed to be another human. Guess they were both wrong. **** Androids were for the service of humans... that's why Rae's father bought her one for her 8th birthday. What she got however: was a beautifully sculpted man, who seemed to be as unlike a robot, as a robot could be. What he got: A kind hearted girl that had him... feeling. Robots didn't have 'feelings' Together, they try to figure out his uniqueness; why would his creator up and vanish right after building him? However as she grows older a thought spirals in Uzi's head, are there any other worker drones out there. Or is she the last one? Copper-9 is what you would call a wasteland. After an incident that destroyed the planets Core, humans moved into space. The only inhabits are nuclear radiation, frozen corpses of humans, and the drones. Worker Drones was weak, cowardly, best replacement for humans. Disassembly Drones, though, are a little different. They kill Worker Drones for their oil, and are sent by the humans to collect oil. The two drones, according to each other, cannot coexist together due to one of them needing to kill the other. Zero was one of those drones that was born from the Union of a Worker Drone, Yuri, and a Disassembly Drone named X. Over the course of his life, he is outcasted, but luckily he had a friend there through it all. However, when Uzi wants to sneak out one night to find a part of a Railgun, not only does his past get further revealed, but grows attached to a group of girls he thought he would never be with. P.S. I don't own anything except from Zero, which is my OC. Everything else, including music, creatures, and artwork, belongs to their respective owners.

100 years before human life was wiped off of Copper 9, Humans on earth were already on the verge of becoming a dying race after the colonization on other planets was a success and ended up making the humans on Earth go extinct faster. so the UN decided to select any and all Teenagers or young humans for their minds and souls to be transferred into a new body that will make them immortal, a drone body known as a Second-Generation Drone, or an SG Drone for short. after all the young humans were now SG Drones, they were immediately deactivated and sent to the stars on a massive ARC flagship, where they will somehow find a new home and create a new humanity, one that will not repeat the mistakes of the past. In the future, science has found a way to re-animate the dead and make them pliant servants for the wealthy. They buy the units for 10,000 for a base model. More attractive units sell higher as well as the more physically fit the model is the higher the price. The units are used for anything and everything their owner wants, from household work to administrative duties, to even being sexual companions. They are each programmed with a hard drive in their brain that works like a computer and allows them to have a quick mind and agility, as well as nano machines in their body to repair any damage that can occur with normal usage. There are some people who still view the units as a dead body and have trouble interacting with them in their daily life. But most of the population is too poor to even afford one so this problem is left to the upper classes that can buy the units. For some, poverty is worse than death. For one Porcelyn, death is just the start.
