Lance has been lying. Lying about his "perfect family". His mother and deadbeat father are dead, and his older brother's location is unknown. The only person who knows anything about lance's past before the garrison is Hunk, and he doesn't even know the whole story. But, when lance slips up after an outburst from Keith, everything goes downhill. After all, secrets are supposed to be revealed sooner or later. (On Hiatus, will be rewritten on Ao3 after I finish this current fic I'm working on. Its titled Healing Sorrows if you wanna check it out)

Lol, first Klance! Hope you all enjoy! Keith has been haunted since he fought with the Druid. His hand... It just healed... That wasn't a normal thing. Then Zarkon... I suck at descriptions. Oh well here goes. Lance is 'always the reason' why the team fails training and barely complete missions. So when Allura tries memory-melding to get the paladin to bond, it reveals a small part of Lance's painful past. From there, Lance's daily life aboard The Castle of Lions goes spiraling out of control, and he's forced to deal with the consequences, whether it was his fault or not. IDK please give it a go?

**First Klance fic Lance and Keith were always neck and neck and rivals. They rarely spoke to each other and only knew things about each other that they told the whole team, Shiro, Pidge, Hunk, Coran and Allura. They were always off doing their own things and never did things together unless it was for a mission. On such a mission the team got split up. Hunk and Pidge went to a different planet to help people, and so did Coran and Allura. Shiro, Keith and Lance go on another mission to a planet where no one lives. They need to find a special living plant on the planet to make the Cryogenic Pods work properly again. Shiro choose the two boys because they always fought, but he hopes they won't now.
