It had been three years since he left her with their son. Surprisingly everything was going great...
That is, until Giovanna took up a new job at the club Dekon that just opened up downtown and he just happened to be there her first night on the job.
Finally when she felt a bit out of breath she ended her last song and took a bow. Righting herself back up her gaze swept through the crowd and suddenly stopped on a familiar pair she knew far too well. Her heart beat quickened as she continued to look at him and saw him making his way towards her.
Taking a quick breath she spun around in the other direction and quickly made her way back to the dressing room. There was no way she was ready to talk to him, after not hearing anything from him since the day he left Andrew and her. She knew the time would come eventually, but now was definitely not it.

"I think we should go and see if Natey is done with her books." She whispered and laughed nervously and turned back only to be hold and pulled back to a hard chest. He had purposely swirled her along with him, changing their position. His front was dangerously touching her back. "It's a weak who always run away showing back." He whispered in her ears, his breaths touching her neck. She wanted to ask him--which question, there were so many he had asked her tonight. Each one threatening in their own different ways to her sanity. Brandan smiled mysteriously. Not answering her, he instead said something else, 'Don't keep staring at me like that.' His voice was soft. Suddenly, she found herself in some other world. 'W.. why?' She stammered ridiculously. His lips slightly brushed against her, she closed her eyes in anticipation, under the spell of their lips connecting. Sparking were the electricity all over her skin. ''Cause....' He took a step back from her, leaving her cold and she was too lost to do something about it--like leaping closer to him and getting engulfed in the euphoric warmth once again. ''Cause, you will fall in love with me... ' He paused as growling deeply a set of thunders boomed above the skies. Cold wind made her hair dance around. He finally finished his sentence, 'Again.' Rain poured down upon her heavily as if the entire sky was about to break down over her, She opened her eyes against the cold water to see he had lef alreadyt, leaving her to drown into his words, completely. *** They say love's blind. All she knows is that there's a mystery guy behind her flashbacks. She's determined to wait for him. Little did she know, Fizzarolli was angry and heartbroken by her. Flashback: A part of this memory skipped and she could see a dark room. It didn't look to be a room but a closet? The lights seem to be running low. How strange, almost scary. She felt hopeless, maybe sad. It was confusing but there were a lot of negative emotions. She found a bouquet of black roses. Black Roses, they seem to call to her. There was a note attached to it. She read it aloud. 'Dear (Y/N), I'm sorry I didn't meet you last night. I had actually fallen.... Yesterday was very tiring. Please (Y/N), I don't want to fight anymore. Without you by my side it would be like a clown missing his balloons. I am outside.... The letter made her feel as if her heart was doing backflips. She could feel herself laughing. He really did know how to get her out of her bad mood. She observed the black roses. They were very beautiful but there was more to them than the memory seems to show. End of flashback.

Resa sat alone in the corner, his silhouette a sharp fragment against the vibrant chaos. His eyes, dull with the weight of heartbreak, wandered aimlessly, unfocused. The world before him blurred, a distorted reality that felt just out of reach. And then she entered. A beautiful girl, her movements exuding effortless confidence, glided through the crowd like a breeze slicing through smoke. Her laughter, bright and melodic, rang out-a sound that momentarily pierced the din. Heads turned as she passed, her presence magnetic, commanding. But not even her radiance could reach Resa. The pain tethering him to his seat kept him anchored in the void between the tangible and the intangible, a liminal space where the music felt distant and joy seemed impossible. Her eyes misted over as she stared at the happy couple. "Do you think that'll be us one day?" She sighed, leaning back into him. Leaning down, he nuzzled his face in her neck and wrapped his arms around her middle, breathing in the vanilla scent of her shampoo. "My heart beats for you and you only. I'll stand by your side no matter what, for as long as you'll have me." She turned around in his arms in lightning speed, her eyes wide with disbelief. "Did you just propose to me?" "It depends whether you want to be proposed to or not." He shrugged, pulling her closer to him as their bodies swayed to the rhythm of the slow song. She attempted to scowl but couldn't control her smile. "I guess we won't know that until it actually happens." The song came to an end then, and all couples pulled away to clap for the newly weds whom had just finished their first dance. Once it had quietened down and the live band started the next song, he merely smirked in response, untangled himself from her and began walking in the direction of the open bar. "I guess so."
