It all started in my first-year of high school when my best friend lost 80 pounds over the break and I asked: 

"Dude, how did you pull that off? I mean it's hard loose that much weight in such a short amount of time." 

He gives me that usual cocky grin and fishes out a piece of paper: 

"Find this man, he'll tell you how I did it." 

I glance down at the sheet and drilled the name into my mind, "Jose". At that moment, I realized I got myself into a mess bigger than I can clean. That man, changed my knowledge of "fitness" to something I could never imagine.
