Akutagawa, a gifted member of the Port Mafia, was assigned a new partner. This new partner was different though, she was gifted unlike his old partner, Higuchi. Always keeping his distance, his new partner seems to start breaking his barrier, and a new feeling dwells within Akutagawa.

Kiwa(Kiwaniko) Hashiruno, a 19 year old girl that was part of another organization until something happened, and then moved to Yokohama. Her ability [Shadow Walking Amoung the Light} was manipulating dark matter into what she pleased. This got caught in the sight of Ōugai Mori, and so successfully recruits her.
