Steven exclaimed next to me, his brown eyes going huge at the sight in front of me I look up to see Ares, he jumps off the stage and runs at me, the crowd splits in half leaving me in the middle where he can get to me easier "Gee thanks guys" I glare at everyone He quickly but gently picks me up into his strong arms slamming his soft pink lips onto mine. Fireworks.Sparks.Tingles. It's as if all of the evil memories or thoughts of him were washed away as I kissed him more. Like as if I was brainwashed, in a trance that I couldn't break out of. It was addicting like a drug, I had to have more. Then I remember who he was. What he has done to innocent people. My mate is a monster. I pull away in shock not believing what I just have done. It felt like I murdered someone just by kissing Him. This is wrong. I hate it. But, I love it. He looked at me with shock and hurt expression on his face The Alpha Ares actually has feelings? Escaping the Monster's Embrace (OLD BEING REWRITTEN )
(Currently being rewritten under a new name The Claimed) Everything changed when they came out of hiding, terror spread across the world as people began to question if our presidents and our global leaders lied to us and weren't from the same race. The Beasts blended in amongst us as if we were the same, except humans didn't have the same predatory instincts and we couldn't change our forms like they could. Soon after we learnt that we weren't the only species people began going missing. Some were unlucky and taken as something that the Beasts called a Mate that one word made fear spread throughout my veins, I would rather sell my soul than have one of them mutts chain me to them. Six months went by before the government, that was un-tainted by this vile race began to take action into their own hands contacting other countries and militaries causing the great war to happen, sending both my parents off to fight for our rights. Only one of them came back, two months was the longest we lasted before we were overpowered by them. Six years of living in this dysfunctional environment and my hatred had never dwindled. Astral Legacy Book 1
Kale had been out taking his dog out for a final bathroom break before heading to bed when he saw it. A ball of light flashed brightly in the sky followed by a crashing sound only seconds later. It hadn't hit too far from his grandmother's house he was looking after for the weeks coming. He had taken the dog back inside and grabbed a hoodie from the coat rack. It wasn't strange for him to take late night walks when he was visiting. He headed toward where he was sure he'd find the meteor thinking it'd make a pretty cool decoration for his coffee table. As he walked toward it he couldn't help but notice how quiet the night had gotten. There wasn't even the usual crickets or frogs chirping. That was when he heard it. A guttural cry of something nearby, he wasn't sure if it was an animal at first but by the end of the sound, he was sure it was a man. He hurried his pace regretting having left his cell phone on the counter by the door. Hoping he wasn't going to find someone seriously injured or even dead. A current original work in progress an adventure inspired by Mass Effect and Star Trek (which will become more evident in later chapters) started out as a Black Panther fan fiction in the early stages but evolved into my own story before I started writing. When one of the ships is forced to do an emergency landing on a planet triple Earth's size, we are taken hostage in a Giant's castle and then sold. Although they feed us, I'm not fooled. Everything about them is designed to kill, so it's only a matter of time. Even if I have to do it on my own, I will find my way back to the ship that brought us here and leave this planet. Tarvik Getting called into an emergency meeting isn't how I would choose to spend the afternoon, but as Commander, I'm obligated to attend. Small beings landed on our planet, and per my king's orders- We're keeping them. My people are excited to have new pet types- cute ones at that- but I suspect they're capable of more than my king believes.

In a land far away, lived Morphers and Shapeshifters. Morphers were people who could morph into one animal, and Shapeshifters all animals. Royalty, people who lived in the center region of the land, could morph into four animals. There were six regions. One was the snowy, one the forest, one the beach, and one the plains. Those were four of the six. Then, there was the Shapeshifters land, filled with hills, and the royal land. The royal land was very posh, and the queen lived there. The Shapeshifters were getting very powerful through the days. The queen told them of a story to the people of the land."The Shapeshifters have been hiding a truth. They came to this land as robbers, robbing all of our things. So, I came to the land to stop them. The Shapeshifters are becoming really powerful, and they pose as a threat once again," she would tell the people. People got scared. When the Shapeshifters came to visit them, they would freeze in fear. The queen took action. She separated the land. The Shapeshifters were kicked out of the land. Only some remained in the hills, hidden. Though the people didn't realize that their queen wasn't telling the truth. In fact, the story was the other way around. The queen was the one who stole the land. She took over the land and the Shapeshifters surrendered. *** One day, two young twins were born in those hills.
