Got this idea from my favorite author when I was in eighth grade! @THEXOUTSIDERS who wrote and The Missing Curtis Sister (check those books out- I fell in love with them.

Like what happened to Johnny happens to pony, and how heroic pony is to save Johnny twice. What would the gang feel? How would the gang react to all of this? How would they feel? How would they react to the killings...did pony really mean it? How would Darry and soda feel if they found out pony killed bob and how they would react? Then Dallas has to go back to New York and ends up realizing he can't handle all the memories he has there, and has a rough time juggling his "job" and his sanity.
