Yoongi loves Hoseok and that love is killing him. He suffers for hanahaki disease. Flowers grow in his lungs make him cough up flower pettals. That's because of his one-sided love. The only way to cure him is to make Hoseok love him back or remove flowers by surgery, then he will lost his feelings for Hoseok and all of memories with him. But otherwise he will die.
