In the city of Astarr, Gumi wakes up in a building with no memories of anything other than her name. Miku, the girl who had apparently saved her, introduces Gumi to her closest friends Rin, Len, and Kaito. The four had been together for a long time, and are more than happy to have Gumi as well. 

But when something goes wrong, Gumi suddenly finds herself in a near-death situation.  What's even more shocking is that she revives, green fire surrounding her. 

What was this new power? Did it have to do anything with her lost memories?

When Miku, Rin, Len, and Kaito reveal that the use of powers was something very familiar to them, they agree to help Gumi. 

As the five friends set out of the city, they meet new people- an agency that helps people with abilities, a group of rebels, and people wanting to use their powers for violence. And in the end, it seems that they all have one common enemy. 
   

In this world, very few people are born with supernatural abilities; something that will forever be part of them until they die.
