Briar Nolet is a gracious dancer from the country. She leads a happy life with her boyfriend, Elliot. However, all that changes when Briar is offered a job as an actor in Toronto. At first Briar finds Toronto very noisy. Then there's the mysterious, charming singer, Myles Erlick, who makes her feel on edge. When Myles invites her on a dancing expedition, Briar begins to realise that Myles is a deeply charming and lovable man. Briar knows in her heart that Myles is the man for her.
