I'm Steve Rodgers daughter, after he went into the ice Peggy was devastated, she still went to work but still couldn't get over her what could of been. When Howard Stark told her that Steve's blood was in the vile she stole, she asked if she could make the next super soldier, by having his baby.
So Caroline Is really on her own except for her sister and bestie by her side.
