I'm Steve Rodgers daughter, after he went into the ice Peggy was devastated, she still went to work but still couldn't get over her what could of been. When Howard Stark told her that Steve's blood was in the vile she stole, she asked if she could make the next super soldier, by having his baby.
So Caroline Is really on her own except for her sister and bestie by her side.

The Daughter Of An Avenger
Life as an Avenger can be difficult enough, but being the daughter of Captain America Is even tougher. Sarah Rogers has been through so much since she was born. Her DNA is shared with her father, which has resulted in her growing at twice the rate of a normal child. Banner and Stark had studied her anatomy since birth and couldn't understand it either. It was just unexplainable. Now being 19 years old, she is strong, intelligent and courageous and she has shown it through her training with the other Avengers. During her time at the compound, Natasha had taught her how to fight in hand-to- hand combat as well as using a gun (safely of course). Hawkeye taught her to shoot with a bow and arrow. (Hitting the target each time like he did) She grew more intelligent with regular informative lectures with Dr. Banner. She was the ultimate Avenger, but Sarah however always felt as though her father wanted to keep her hidden from the world, but it wasn't all that he was hiding. When Steve Rogers fights against James "Bucky" Barnes, under the control of Hydra, the latter defeats him, even managing to steal a blood sample, in which DNA is the super soldier's serum. Bucky returns to the Hydra base with the captain's blood. Hydra scientists are thus able to recreate a vial with the serum, but failing to divide it from the genetic material of Steve and thus creating a new human. The girl is raised, from an early age, like a war machine by the Hydra soldiers. How will she know Bucky? Will they be able to escape? Will something be born between them? Eight years later, Jocelyn was captured by Hydra and turned into an experiment. For years, Jocelyn has been kept by Hydra, being a victim of abuse and frozen in a cryostasis chamber like the Winter Soldier. Until one day the Sokovia base which Jocelyn held in 2014 to 2015, was attacked by the Avengers. I don't own any MCU or MARVEL characters. Only the OCs.
