Melanie falls deeply asleep after working on her diary. She wakes up in a dark room assuming it was her bedroom *wich she didn't turn the light off when she fell asleep* she turned the light on with eas. She was in a red room with skulls at every corner. Freaked out she sprinted out of the room into a dome with lava poring out of the ceiling this must be hell but it was much worse then that.

She fought, but in the end her heart won out and because she could not kill him, she simply trapped him. Forever. ____________________________________ I ran through the woods. The trees seemed to bend towards me. The farther I went, the darker the world seemed to get. The color also seemed to dim as I ran. But I didn't pay much attention to that. This is back up! I never got around to editing it because I didn't have the time like I thought I would. Enjoy this and the sequel. Isabelle was jolted awake out of her nightmare quite suddenly. Dazed, she tried to look around but found that her head was held firmly to the pillow under her. Cloth covered her mouth and nose, a sickly sweet smell enveloping her senses. Her mind began getting hazy. Chloroform, her mind whispered almost silently. Her vision began tunneling, and she weakly looked up into a pair of icy blue eyes. She stared into those eyes as she was pulled deeply and forcefully into oblivion. Isabelle is a smart girl and not really the girly type unless going out. You would usually see her wearing sweats around the house or outside in her backyard on the beach since she lives on the ocean. So when she suddenly gets kidnapped one day, she wonders what she had ever done to deserve this. She hadn't done anything wrong, at least she didn't think she did. But she learns that there is something about her that is special and that she is not only human. Meet Jared Gray, the person that kidnapped Isabelle because of her being his mate. He's been waiting since he was 16 to find his mate and now he's 22, about to give up on ever finding his mate. But when he smells her in a mall one day, he follows her home and decides to take what's his. Isabelle's life will never be the same again. Will she be able to escape or will she fall in love with her hot and charming kidnapper that she wants nothing to do with? Or will she stay with him and eventually fall in love? --- THIS IS A DRAFT. Kidnapped By My Mate
COMPLETED but in serious need of editing. I wrote this as a teenager and would like to edit it as my writing style and maturity has changed, but I'm not sure how realistic that is. ~~~ I gasped in pain as my back hit the ground, my head bouncing off the floor right after it. I snapped my eyes shut as he pressed me against the wall. I started to shake, afraid of what he was going to do. Crossing Into Forever
In the darkness of her dreams, she saw herself standing at a window looking down below, only to see a misting, swirling fog. She could not see the ground and did not know how far down it was. She had no idea where she was. Soon after, she was led down a dark hallway to a room with a large altar. She felt herself being lifted up and then placed back down on the hard stone surface. Now all she could see was a large man, holding a knife in his hands, with the sharp edge pointed directly over her heart...Then a different man with deep blue eyes was looking down at her, and his hand was caressing her face, telling her everything was going to be ok. A loud bang on the door made her startle and rise up. There, coming through the door, were several large angry men, dressed strangely in what looked like animal furs and carrying ominous looking weapons. Some had clubs with sharp objects attached to the ends and others had sharp axes and swords. She could hear her own screams escaping from her lips, and she opened her eyes to notice she was lying in her bed in the safety of her room in the convent where she lived. She was still trembling and had to tell herself it was just a dream. She was safe and no one would ever be able to hurt her.Complete

He watched as her eyes skimmed over his dark eyes and black hair with barely a reaction. He felt his pride twinge a bit so he went further. Lifting his hands, he let the blood drip from them. Her eyes widened slightly and her chin rose. She looked at his hands then back at him. His dark eyes gleamed in a challenge. "You've not harmed me or mine, faery." She spoke out loud. "Blood does not scare me and neither do you. Keep your dog on its leash." Then she turned and calmly walked back inside. Intrigued now, he went to the window of the house and watched as she reassured her mother that the dog was gone "I'll see you tonight, reckless child." He promised softly. **** Marcus felt himself beginning to wake and struggled to stay in the dream. But it was no use. His eyes opened and he released the pillow his hand was gripping. It was the same one that she had laid her head on every night. His head went into the pillow heavily for a moment, breathing in her faint scent. He hated and treasured dreams like that with equal fervor. He rolled over on his back and stared at the ceiling. It had been decades since she'd been forced to break that promise. He lifted his hand and touched the ring that had been her last gift. It had been decades, but it was yesterday. ***I did not skimp on the steamy scenes so consider yourselves warned ok? There are also a few violent scenes that I'll try to remember to put a warning before so you'll have a heads up. Natalie Preston didn't sit up in bed, pull the covers with her and off of Jason, and scream into the night as if she were in a mixed level of consciousness and deep sleep. It was far far more intense than even that sort of horrendous nightmare. Her naked body, once upright, began to levitate up off the bed pulling the bed sheets along with her. Her eyes burned an amber fire, scorching the room with a mysterious cold fire that only effected what it touched on a psionic plane. Her vision left nothing actually burnt or charred. In addition Natalie's body began to radiate an intense amber glow that quickly illuminated the room into an eerie state of horrific noir. Rolling off the bed, careful not to touch her, Jason Connors moved toward the large bay window in order to shut the blinds. He could see Natalie's face, it was locked in an expression of painful rage as she was overcome by a silent scream she could not let loose into the night- the first phase of a foreign process that would over take their night as well as their lives for the foreseeable future.Complete

As her flames are extinguished, she again falls unconscious. After a rocky start with the Avengers, she found exactly the people to help her haunt the monsters of her past.
