Jillian wants a new dog but her mom still hasnt gotten over the other one for two years now. Lilly the dog got kicked out of her home and is forced to live on the streets. Lilly isnt used to living anywhere but a house. Jillian just wants a new friend and so happens to see one on her way to school but also happens to meet Luke. But will Jillian get over the fact the Luke is the new guy no one likes and let Luke help her or will she fall for him? is Jillian's mom hiding something from her? something big?
