Band X

Carter Rose is a loner and she likes it that way. She is content to hide in her bedroom as she actively avoids her overly-cheerful classmates and well meaning but often domineering mother. At least, this is what she tells herself.

One encounter with the talkative and hyper Isabelle changes everything and Carter suddenly finds herself thrust into the limelight as the lead singer of a band with an ever changing name and dubious future.

Carter never wanted to have friends. And she certainly didn't want to sing outside the sanctuary of her bedroom. But, as they say, sometimes, even if you don't get what you want, you get what you need.
