Perhaps Elizabeth Greenwood wasn't a lucky girl, with a dead mother at seventeen, an amputated arm, and no money to deal with it, but when she stumbles into the grip of the Princess of what is supposed to be a deserted kingdom while trying to pay her debts, all she knows about herself, her mother, and her life is ripped to shreds. However, that doesn't mean the world she enters into is one without falsities either, or that she will remain unlucky forever.
Side note: I wrote this a long time ago, and though I still kinda like the story, the writing is trash, but if you want to read, go ahead.

At some points in Alison's life, she would think of doing self harm to herself or even taking her own life, but then again..she never had the strength to do so, it was like..there was always something stopping her. But there was this one night, Alison was at her lowest, she didn't care about anything, she didn't know what to do anymore, she was lost and had no where to go, but before anything can happen..an Angel in disguise was there to stop her. Jinri, mainly known as Jin just happened to be around the area and stopped Alison from doing something that she would regret doing once it's already done, she saw in Alison's eyes loneliness and someone that hasn't been loved, so she decided to change that, even if she's been in countless relationships and been in love more than she can count. You ask, how is that possible? Well, Jinri been around for thousands of years or even more, cause of the fact that she blends in with the human world, being the only vampire alive, or so she thought. Thinking the man that she once loved, was gone for good. But somehow he's back and he isn't to happy.Complete

Devastated would be an ample word to describe how I felt after losing this story. I thought about rewriting it, but had the thought- why fix something that wasn't broken? Hedge's telling of it was a masterpiece. Ultimately, I caved. I missed the characters too much and there's something about this story that makes me feel like myself again, so, here we are. After getting permission from Hedge✔️ and scouring the internet for any lost bits of his writing✔️ I began the rendition. Hedge left while his story was still unfinished, so chapters 1-21 are entirely his, and I'll be continuing and finishing the book (and series) beyond that. My dream for this book would to be to edit/finish it and hand off the polished, completed version back to Hedge to publish. The literary community is too starved for lgbt representation, especially in the girl/girl department, and this book is like a lifeline. Thanks guys!!Complete
