Bella Harrison is your textbook high schooler sick of her town, ready to get the hell out. Her dad is the town's soccer coach and if he was to plan out her life, she'd be on a fast track to the best soccer team she can get a place on. Bella, however, has a very different mindset as to where her life will leave her: no soccer and no family connections. As her impending departure date approaches, she keeps it a secret from everyone she's close with, planning on smooth sailing to graduation day and skipping town before anybody noticed she left. That is, until her dad's star soccer player makes a bet to get in her pants, and her best friend's older brother makes it his goal to crack through the skin of the most untouchable yet insanely enticing bachelorette in town. On top of it all, her best friend is off the walls and Bella feels responsible for the disaster brewing. Can Bella keep her priorities straight with two seemingly perfect men throwing themselves at her and a new table of responsibilities?

Aren't one sided crushes fun? NOT! 18 year old Melody Jenkins has spent the last 3 years of high school crushing on one guy, Jake Kensington, who sees her as no more than a sister from another mister and best friend. Not wanting to risk their friendship, Melody has kept her crush a secret and her emotions in check whenever she's around him... which is daily since they live on the same property. It's her senior year and she has made it through the past three years of high school with little social psychological trauma. That's excellent considering she goes to a school in Los Angeles where the majority of the bored students graduating will have executive paying jobs the moment they walk across stage. If all goes well, she will graduate as the valedictorian with multiple offers from colleges on the East Coast, far away from California. But when the health teacher announces a "special" project that requires students to be paired and live under the same roof for one week, Melody's world gets completely turned upside down. She is forced to spend time with someone totally opposite of her and frankly, she can't stand... or so she thought. One night of catching a glimpse of the softer side of Kyle Warner, the school's most popular and arrogant quarterback, has her heart pounding and her stomach doing flip-flops. But when Melody shows an ounce of affection toward Kyle, Jake discovers feelings of his own as he tries to protect his best friend from the guy he knows Kyle can be. As the project comes to an end, Melody goes to homecoming... will it be a night to remember, forget or both? Be advised, this contemporary Teen / Young Adult Romance story has some strong language and strong sexual connotation.

At Crenshaw High, when students hear the name Blake Wilder, they think of the scary, hot boy's soccer team captain. The girls all want him and the guys all wanna be him. Everyone fears him, knowing damn well that he's the kind of guy that won't hesitate to send you crying just for breathing in his direction. Well, everyone but Veronica Stone. Veronica Stone is the captain of the school's girls soccer team and everyone knows that's she's one of the best female player in the country. Unlike Blake, Veronica is known as the girl that's always seen with a smile on her face. She has guys after her, but she doesn't even know about it. Well, other than Blake Wilder. At first, the two can't stand each other, but what happens when they realize that they're basically forced to tolerate each other? What happens when the two learn that they have a lot more in common than they even thought possible? Blake and Veronica think they're polar opposites, little do they know, they're more a like than they even realized. I know I suck at descriptions but please consider giving this book a chance. I swear it's not as bad as I made it seem. And I apologize in advance because my writing in this book sucks and this entire book needs heavy editing.
