Leo and December de Viridian Grove are twins, born in the Zodiac region. When they acquire a pokedex from Professor Pine, their adventure with two other teenagers begins in the Zodiac region. However, something dark is lurking in the shadows, it's grip growing ever stronger on the region. Can the twins and their friends save Zodiac? Or will everyone be doomed to an icy fate?

When twins Skylar and Jake were born, their scientist parents used them as an experiment. Each was injected with a dose of serum that would supposedly make them much stronger, smarter, simply better than other kids. But somebody added a chemical that changed the effects of the serum.
