Rachel Ware is a happy, carefree, eighteen-year-old, attending college and living her life until she begins dating Donald Hopson. Donald, a young pastor of the Baptist church, deceives her by not revealing his marital status. When she discovers he's married, she breaks off the relationship, but Donald refuses to let her go. Since he's more attentive to Rachel, he begins to neglect his wife, Sabrina.
Sabrina is mentally imbalanced and the thought of sharing her husband with another woman sends her over the edge. She won't be able to rest until she gets rid of the pastor's side piece. She devises a plan which involves kidnapping Rachel and leaving her for dead.
Rachel survives Sabrina's attack but she's scarred for life and it turns her into a bitter woman with a black heart. Two years later, she encounters the pastor and his pregnant wife and all the bad memories come flooding back. She decides the only way she'll be happy is if she gets revenge on Donald and Sabrina for the pain she endures every day.
Now, the shoe is on the other foot and Sabrina is the one under attack. Will Rachel feel sympathy toward Sabrina because she's carrying the pastor's child or will Sabrina's pregnancy be the reason Rachel snaps?
