"Breathe" is a Spoken Word piece that is told from the point of view of a young person who is suffering from depression.
Today, depression is common among all age groups, especially in young adults. "Breathe" tells just one story of depression and the effects of depression on a young man's life. But it tells only one story, with one ending. If you suffer from depression or know someone who is suffering, share your story. Depression doesn't have to own you. Don't let it overcome you. Create your own ending to this story.
