She could be sick for a day and no one would notice they are missing a student. But one day everything changed. He looked unsure and I knew he didn't want to. I shrugged. "Okay, I'll see you at home." He moaned. "Fine, but you have to ditch me right now." My face lit up like a Christmas tree and I was truly surprised. "Okay, let's go." * There are a few rules when it comes to ditching class. Rule number one: Don't tell anyone. The teachers, your siblings, your parents. Rule number two: If anybody asks where you were, always say you were sick and rule number three is to have fun. Louisa Shepard didn't know what she was getting into when she agreed to ditch school with Liam Gilbert, her host brother. She had the perfect attendance record, she studied in her spare time and she never missed a class a day in her life. Until she went to America in exchange and met Liam, the guy she could not get away from. Liam did not care about school.
