Katsuki Bakugou was almost completely deaf. He could barely hear his own explosions anymore, but that didn't stop him from trying to become a pro hero. The transition from middle school to high school isn't the smoothest. Navigating through high school and the pro hero world is hard for someone with all five senses, let alone someone who couldn't hear. Katsuki stumbles... a lot. When Midoriya catches him staring at the duel haired boy in their class during training, he's quick to tease him for it. They sign quickly, Katsuki's movements for aggressive than normal. They gain the attention of Shoto Todoroki, who in turn, stares back. It was obvious that they were signing about him, but he had no clue what they were saying. [I listened to the song Green by Cavetown and somehow thought up this fanfiction. The song doesn't have anything to do with the story. (Though I guess the meaning and overall what this story is about is similar..)] Desc: Bakugo and Midoriya have a complicated relationship. To best friends, to bully and victim, to rivals and now.. Strangers? Yeah, Strangers is what you'd call them now. After an argument, Bakugo and Midoriya stop talking to each other. Nobody knows why or how it happened. Bakugo stops calling Midoriya, "Deku," and refers to his real name. Midoriya stops calling Bakugo, "Kacchan," and calls him Bakugo. Nobody is brave enough to question it, and it never gets addressed. Eventually, that becomes the norm. Bakugo and Midoriya CAN cooperate in lessons now, so the teachers say nothing.
