After losing her mother 9 years ago, Yukari Suminoe has been living a life constantly missing her.  With her cousins, Miyoko and Yuko Kirojima, and their friend Kakari Minoshita, they live out their days as normal Japanese high school girls. But in the mail, Yukari recieves a mysterious book with one page and two words on it.  Reading the words aloud, the next day, a new transfer student who claims to have seen the world, named Sakura comes and tells Yukari her mom's secret, and that she has powers over fire.  Now, it is her job to find the other 3 girls holding the other three elements.
