Super powers(otherwise known as "Quirks")run through 90% of the population on earth from birth and the world adjusts as well as you think it would. "Superhero" is now a professional job that many are able to take, but only a few are able to make it to super stardom. The new world is not all rainbows and superhero's, many criminals have found it easier to get away with hyenas acts due to there newly found Quirks. Sadly criminals are not the only ones with self serving mo's, back room deals are made daily in the government to give heros a more "weaponized" purpose. Rayes a middle aged man wants nothing to do with any of the politics of today but when an old friend calls in a favor to help teach and protect the top school of the next generation he can't refuse the call(as much as he'd like to). Conspiring governments and blood thirsty villains all fighting for top dog what does a washed up middle aged man have to do with any of it?

85% of the population has superpowers called Quirks. The remaining percentage of the powerless is slowly dwindling. And in the birthplace of the Hero profession, the U.S.A., situations are getting charged. But by taking advantage of self-defense law, that freedom of choice seems to have been taken from a young man even if he doesn't know it, yet. Can this young hero uncover the secrets behind the curtain or will he get ditched in an alley? (All things are owned by their owners)
