It all started when, against all the odds, Ruby Roxwell survived the horrific shipwreck that killed her father and grandfather.  She soon realises that she has a strange power to manipulate water but she does not yet realise the true extent of her abilities. Nor does she understand the role that fate has destined for her: a role of the utmost importance. 

Meanwhile, dark forces have prophesied her arrival and they know that they must find her and kill her before she can harness her true powers. 

Only one man can help her: Llyr - Guardian of the Third Realm and Master of the Water Element - must find her and persuade her to join him as his apprentice.
