She ended up in the hospital where she met a man who looks like a living angel with a gorgeous green eyes. But the only person who could see him and hear him is only Samantha.

Damon was wake up in a white room which he sure is a hospital. He cant remember anything happen to him not even his family, he just remember his name. He's been trying to talk to every person in this hospital but no one hear him, not even saw him. Thats when he's scared and felt like being played. 

He then saw a new patient moved to a room beside the room where he woke up. Theres a little hope that maybe this one person can see him. He waited all night in her room looking her unconcious. Then she open her eyes, seems like she's trying to remember what happened, drowining in her thought. But she pull her head staring at him. Thats when he know she could see him.
