"Done." I said an hour later over the phone. I took my knife from out of his back and squatted down to make sure there was no pulse.
I was alert, making sure no one came into the abandoned alleyway, "Good girl." Winston replied back. I put the phone between my shoulder and ear again as I took out a clean handkerchief and cleaned the blood off my knife.
I flipped my lucky knife in my hand before sticking it in my belt loop cover, "You know," I looked at the corpse, disgusted as I talked over the phone, "I hate the sight of blood."
I heard Winston scoff, "Then maybe you shouldn't kill for a living."

Excerpt:
"What the hell?" I said pulling at my right wrist that was attached to the headboard.
"It's about time you woke up." Dante chuckled as he walked out of a dark corner.
"What are you doing?" I asked.
"Having fun... See the more you suffer the more amused I am." He smirked
"Nicholas will be home soon, he will stop whatever you have planned."
"He forgot to mention in that note he left, he's going to be gone until late tonight." He grinned.
"Where is he? What did you do to him?" I sounded a lot braver in my head, but all that came out was shaking sentences and shivers.
"He's going to see an old friend, I didn't do anything."
"Look, this isn't funny. I need to study, I have a test tomorrow."
"You'll be there, after..." He never finished his sentence, instead he left me hanging in suspense.
My eyes widened in horror as he pulled out a tattoo gun.
"Dante," I warned. "Don't do anything you will regret."
