Being chosen meant those who were selected are welcomed into a plush life with the golden chance of marrying into the two highest class, the royals and the elites. Once a Chosen, life will never be as it was. Rue never dared to hope that someone like her could even have a chance at participating in an event as glorious as this one. It had always been a far reach for her, a dream never meant to be realized. She knew there was much at stake by putting herself out there.
