The last time Bakugou saw his childhood friend, (Full Name) was at the playground in their neighbourhood park. Ever since then, she has been reported as missing - still not found till today. He had accepted that he will never see her again until the attack of U.S.J where amongst the villains stood (Name). 

From then on, Bakugou vows he will do anything to bring her back to his side once more.
