Jayson's floppy brown hair fell infront of his face, shrowding his deep blue optics with a messy curtain, not bothering to clear it. On a day months ago, I would've reached up until I could sweep it out of his eyes and press a warm kiss to his forehead. But not today. And probably not ever again...

"No! That's all I need to hear. All I need to see. It's the complete confirmation," I continued in my mad rage, tensing my muscles as though prepared to fight. Sadness and betrayal were visible on my face, I knew, and my tear-filled eyes were blinking rapidly. My attempts at keeping myself together were all lost long ago. Breaking down once again, I fell into a crouch on the floor, peering up at my first and only love. "If this has happened... I can't stay here. Don't try to stop me!" I hollered in anguish and pain as my former boyfriend stepped towards me. He froze at the command.
