I never had been in a tornado. I had never thought about all the damage it does to people and their lives. But I do know what it did to me. I lost my house and my things. The only thing I had left was my mom and my sister and I wouldn't have them for long anyway.

People don't understand me. I was just a small town girl who didn't know what to do. All because I was quiet, listened to punk, and always wore jackets to cover my scars, I was labeled as the 'Emo Freak'. I've been teased and hit. I've been abused by people at school, and by my mother, if that's what you can call her. My life is a mess. The only escape I had was music. All the bands I listened to provided a sense of comfort for me. Especially one band in particular by the name of All Time Low. I felt a major connection between the lyrics and the band. They were the only reason why I was alive. This is my story. **FICTIONAL STORY**
