Ozar is a messed up, and troubled teen. He gets into fights and breaks every rule society puts on him. Every. Single. Rule.

After he gets into something he shouldn't have, he is sent to a villain rehabilitation camp. While at the camp, he looks at his life. He decides to change.

When a band of superheroes visits the camp, one member finds Ozar interesting. To find a villain trying to change. It inspired them. When the band left they gave Ozar a choice.
